Most dealers attempt to sell you protection packages, theft deterrent packages and everything else under the sun and adding it to the advertised price of the car. I worked with Joseph in sales and he was great! Tried his best to give me a good price on the vehicle but I ran into problems with management on my trade in. They had an alarm system supposedly installed but I didn't want it and the Sales Mgr. wouldn't work with me to remove it from the amount of the car. Joseph kept working on the problem and was finally able to get it taken off so we could go ahead with the deal. Given my recent experience, I wouldn’t recommend coming here. I saw their pictures that they uploaded and everything seemed fine but once I got there, there was a dent in the car that wasn’t disclosed or shown on the pictures. It didn’t bother me enough though so I bought the car. They said they had checked everything and the car was in perfect condition. Less than 24 hours later, I noticed a transmission leak. They helped which was good but once it was getting fixed there was no communication whatsoever. I had to keep calling just to get an update on the car. They never called me. They gave me several dates that the car would be ready but every time it would be the date, they said they found something else that was wrong with the car or needing to order more parts. I even tried calling my service advisor multiple times and she never called back. The only time I spoke to her was when my car was ready and it was in the shop for 2 weeks. I personally wouldn’t buy another car here.
