Inquiry: last week; asked for pictures, price & car fax: Told mgr drove it home to test drive & determine repairs needed. Second inquiry: told G Wagon at body shop for full paint job. Will be available Wednesday 8/25/26. Set appointment for noon. Advised that vehicle wasn’t available, paint shop hadn’t released the vehicle. Assuring there wasn’t any flaws. So informed that vehicle wasn’t available yet, but still no information such as pictures, price or car fax. I live out-of-town, and would appreciate some information prior to making trip to Carrol Chevrolet of Deland.

This has nothing to do with the salesman, everything to do with management. As a prior person in the car business, stay away from this dealership. I drove from NY to this dealership without stopping, about a two day drive straight. Upon arrival the manager didn’t come talk to us, didn’t even look at my trade, put 100 less than poor value and it’s been babied and garage kept, their Navigator Lincoln had the paint blasted off the top from detail, cam phasers sounded bad and they wanted 1000 over the value of a ticking time bomb. This dealership is lazy and greedy, and regardless of what they tell you about “servicing before putting them on the lot” is a stretch. I would find elsewhere to buy a vehicle.

Contacted via email, confirmed car was there, drove out next morning. Reconfirmed was on my way prior to departure, no answer, drove over an hour, Car wasn't there. Don't believe it ever was.
