I will never go back to Kia Atlanta South they don't care about customer all they care about is making money and not giving you the car you want they wanted to sell me a new car instead of a use car.

I inquired about a car, the next day the price increased 3k on their website. I discussed and they honored the initial price and we setup a test drive. 30 min before I was to arrive they send me a notice that the car isn't available to test drive. At the same time I'm getting text reminders to show up for my drive. They explain they found an issue and will let me know when I can show up to look at the car again. They reach out a week later, we schedule another drive. This time when I show up, my rep hasn't bothered to come in and someone eventually explains to me that they sold the car to auction. Horrible communication and very shady practices.
