I communicated with dealer for a week. Asking for information to purchase. I was told each time the manager was checking to see if car was on the lot. And that someone would be in touch. No one called. I offered a price 1000 above asking because I wanted car. Still no answer. Cash. Finally called a got a person who told me car was sold over weekend. After my offer. And a lower amount. Disappointed and upset no one responded in timely manner.

This dealership gave me a final price of almost $40000 and would not negotiate on price. Basiclly here's the price take it or leave it. Then gave me a low trade in offer $4000 and said I would be lucky to get more. Well a small used car dealer gave me $6500. I would not recommend this dealership.

We settled on a price for a 2025 BMW 330i xDrive. Stephanie from the dealership gave us an appointment to buy the car. When we arrived Tonya brough in the manager he started with why BMW ? which was strange. Apparently they had sold the car previous day and were trying to sell me another car which we did not have any clue about. I took my family all the way to do this transaction and texted before I started. Even then Stephanie did not notify me that the car was sold instead they had me haul my family all the way. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. What a waste of july 4th weekend. Stay away from this unprofessional and ridiculous people.

I was text say the car was ready they would call and set appointment for me they never called so about 130pm i call they said i could see the car until 5pm or i could walk in i decided to walk in there was a customer in the sales area so i wasn't happy i would of bought the car but wife didn't like it she didnt feel safe to drive iit so i didn't get it
