Terrible sales people. Never answered my questions and was trying to force me to fill a credit app before I even saw numbers

Had a wonderful experience. Drove 5 hours from Alabama to get another Tahoe from a different dealership turned out to be no deal because they didn’t tell us about damage to vehicle. Got back on Car Gurus found Dan Vaden messaged the dealership and then drove to the dealership. The salesman came out and greeted me his name was Hazma. Very friendly and helpful i honestly didn’t think I could get this Tahoe because of the price but Hazma told me he thought he could do the deal. And he did. It was done and didn’t take long. Love my new Tahoe definitely recommend buying from Dan Vaden. If I ever need another vehicle I will go to Dan Vaden.

Very great experience

I explained that I already had a pre-approval with Capital One through Cargurus, and sent them the email showing the approval. They still wanted to run my credit again which I told them no because it was already ran. They said they were unable to pull up my approval even with the email I sent them. They said they didn't run my credit again, which I later found out was not true because they did. They were not helpful at all and instead just hurt my credit. I said I will just go somewhere else. And got told good luck. I will NEVER do business with them!

Did not meet in person. I don't have transportation to meet in person.
