The sales rep Matthew Santos was excellent. The only less-optimal part of the purchase was the finance department since they don’t have their own, but have to reach out to the home accounting office for everything. Not a huge deal, but they are a couple hours ahead and every bit of the process took way longer than anything I’ve ever done before. Where I’ve walked in, found a car (already pre-approved through my bank), and driven off less than 2 hrs later…the process here took days. Think I’d just get a cashiers check next time.

They were great on the phone allowing me to have MB look at the car given I am out of town. they also connected me with transport should I have needed it.
