I had an extremely frustrating experience with Clay Cooley Cadillac. I scheduled an appointment to see a 2025 Cadillac CT5 and confirmed everything ahead of time, only to drive 50 miles to the dealership and be told the vehicle had already been sold. There was no courtesy call, text, or email to let me know it was no longer available before I made the trip. It feels like a complete disregard for a customer’s time and effort. Driving that far for nothing is unacceptable, especially when an appointment was confirmed. This experience showed a clear lack of communication and professionalism. If you’re considering this dealership, I would strongly recommend calling multiple times and getting written confirmation before making any kind of trip—otherwise, you may end up wasting your time like I did. Very disappointing customer service.

Called about the car and it was still available. When I arrived an hour later the car was pulled up and ready to test drive. for a car this age it was in very good condition minus a few scratches. Adam saw I was concerned about one scratch and offered to have it fixed. I was pleasantly surprised when I returned to find they touched up the whole area and did a nice job detailing it. I was a little concerned where the dealership was located at first as I usually purchase from big dealerships but glad I stopped in. I paid cash so I can't speak on financing but the price was a very good deal and the purchase process was simple and quick.
