I contacted the dealer to see if the car was still available. Trae responded to the message. Also took some extra pictures that I asked for. We agreed on meeting the next day; since we are about 1 hour away, Trae asked to text before leaving to confirm availability and have it ready for testing. We met him early on the day, the car was ready and after inspection and test drive decided to buy it. The process was painless and straightforward. Would recommend Trae as a salesperson and Vern Eiddie as a dealership.

I called Ideal wheels and I talked to Marv on Thursday 10/30/25. Marv texted me about the 2017 Chevrolet Traverse Premiere AWD on Friday, 10/31/25. He sent me photos of the car and told me that they were boing to install a new catalytic converter. After the repairs were made he told me that he would contact me so that we could test drive it and then if everything checked out ok after the test drive we were planning on purchasing the vehicle without a trade in. On Monday 11/3/25 I received a notification that the vehicle had sold on CarGurus. I then messaged Marv and advised him of what had happened. He advised me that he was off Friday afternnon and a lady wrote a check and that she was suppose to come yesterday and pick it up. He did offer to let me know if something changed and if it became available and he appologized. You can form your own opinion from my experience with Ideal Wheels in Sioux City. We live 1 1/2 hours from the dealership.

Omg this place is absolutely amazing juve and Fabian are absolutely incredible people I drove 4.5 hrs away to see and purchase this vehicle initially we agreed to 7400 taking 500 off the listed price after finding a few things I would have to fix I was able to get the price to 7000 I left dealership and check engine light came on called juve they had me bring it back they are replacing the part needed for free I absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle
