Good customer service

They called me but I was not able to answer. I saw them in person first and they were very helpful.

i called about the 2013 hyundai to see if he can gold it for me the day after he said yes, i came tomorrow just to find he sold it to someone else and now im still carless till this day

LOVE the car but I had a lot of trouble getting the salesmen to understand that they could not call me at work, that I live 3 hrs away and couldn't be there in an hour to test drive. I usually buy my cars online and get them delivered. Bad communication frustrates me.

Overall the experience was great. The listing did not list cosmetic faults like minor tears in the convertible top, but through email he was transparent about the flaws. I did not purchase the vehicle i was looking at but the transparency is above all else refreshing during the car buying process.

Even with changing my goals in looking to purchase the 2019 Mini Zen Motors was very professional in my cancelling.

It was k, I didn't hear for about 4-5dys but other then that I was satisfied
