Dealerships near me (Crestline, CA)

Told me they’d contact me when the truck arrived and nothing. Gave them my vehicle info for estimated trade in and never heard back. They’d text me that they’d let me know and were still working on it. Finally, I called them and truck had came and sold. Still never got my vehicle trade in quote. Been 3 weeks.

Bad professionalism. Dealer did not agree to the original contracted sales amount and prior to picking up the vehicle. The dealer increased the price of the vehicle.

I've written and deleted this review a few times. Then I read others reviews commenting on Hyundai's "bait and switch" issue. It's true, unfortunately. The Camry was advertised at $30,500 which was a good deal. When we got there (we live in San Diego), there's another $5900 in add ons! Yes, seriously, $5900!! Only when we were in our car ready to leave after a couple of hours of going back and forth, did the "owner" remove the add ons and wanted to make the sale. We declined. It was a waste of our time, it leaves a sour taste for Hyundai, and absolutely nothing was accomplished by Hyundai. Suggestion: Please reconsider your standards.

A gentleman reach out to me about the car asked about my pay stylus told him I would be able to pdf them the next day never heard back tried twice to textt him back no response, poor service if u are not able to help just say that instead of not responding. Poor poor customer service and will let people know about my experience.
