Easy enough to deal with. They responded promptly. I didn't follow up because I changed my mind and decided to look for a different model of car.

The sales team was very knowledgeable about the car and very personal to its community. Even though we were from outside the community they treated us like family, and it made it a overall great experience.

They did not disclose information about the vehicle. When I voiced may concern they stopped communicating

Poor dealership. I do not like the way the dealership does business nor do I like the owner. I would not reccomend Redmond Chevrolet for any purchases. I am not sure how they even got my contact information and when I asked I was ghosted. Go to a more reputable dealership. I would not purchase a vehicle from Redmond under any circumstance! Use your best judgment!

Friendly and fair. Met with Mr. Moore initially who had to leave for a family emergency. His associate, Hunter, was very helpful from that point onward in helping get the deal done.
