Dealerships near me (Concord, NC)

Car was available and I got decent service, but the salesman was not fully knowledgeable about the car or its features. Also the lot is very small and hard to find a place to park comfortably. This place is like a family run business so there wasn’t a sleeze factor which was nice. There was a bit of cosmetic damage to the car that was not shown in the pictures.

Tried to contact them a few times and they very responded back to me.

I saw a car I wanted to buy. I spent 21/2 hrs getting there. I texted twice and called after I went home and no response. I had cash to buy the car. I don't know who wrote earlier reviews regarding his helpfulness but obviously he gives zero service. Very frustrating.

Decently quick process of getting the car and trading in the car I had. The trade in amount they gave me for my car I considered mostly fair.. The guys there are nice and helped through the whole process up until I left with the new car. Drove 5 hours home without any issues, I like the car. Good to do business with overall, made it a simple process.
