As someone who has bought many cars, this is the most refreshing experience I have ever had at a dealership. There was no haggling, no hidden fees, no pushy salesman, just upfront and straight to the point. The price I was told over the phone during my initial inquiry was the price I paid walking out the door. A special shout out to Linden, who went out of his way to help me and stayed with me from the beginning to the end of the process. I highly recommend this dealer and will definitely shop there again in the future.

I had a nice conversation w the salesman & I explained my situation to him. As I was leaving, the General salesman came over & REALLLLY wanted Me to sign & drive the vehicle away. He couldn’t understand that I couldn’t do anything that day, but if I could.. I would. I told him my hands were tied & he looked at my hands. Told him I was at another dealer & was getting ready to walk out as he was too pushy & that’s when he took a step back. ( He knew I was also talking about him). I have no problem going back there as the sales guy was understanding & I really wanted that vehicle.

I responded to an advertisement from Gurus for a 2025 Mazda CX-90 Premium listed at $36,400. Upon arrival, the price was increased to $38,000. After presenting the original advertisement, we agreed on the initial price. When I expressed my intent to purchase the vehicle, I was informed by the manager that a dealer fee of $695 would apply, along with an additional unexplained fee of $1,800. I declined to pay this extra fee, which could not be justified. I would not recommend Empire Mazda of Huntington.
