Receptionist was very nice. Gave me the keys to check out the vehicle. Nobody ever came out to discuss the vehicle or ask if I wanted to test drive. Overall they were pleasant though.

Too many dealership gams. “Let me talk to my manager” for every question. I called four dealerships that night and asked them all the same question. I wanted to know the additional cost associated with buying the vehicle, specifically the documentation fee because I know it varies from dealership to dealership. The three other dealerships I called that night all provided me with that information right over the phone. For whatever reason, this specific dealership had me talk to a manager first, and when I asked the manager the same question he said he would have to get back to me. For me, that is a red flag of lack of transparency. It should be the same fee across the board like the other dealerships.

Dealership initially said the vehicle was available then they had some kind of communication breakdown and said it wasn’t . Then they said it was being held , then said it was available . Multiple parties had crossed there signals

Did not honor price shown on Car GurusCarGurus posted a price of $31500 for the vehicle. When I told the salesman he said he couldn't honor third party pricing and quoted the vehicle at $32,987

Horrible customer service, they have a.i contact you and never say its a.i no one gets back to you. Buyer beware

The rep was very knowledgeable and had great follow up. He was responsive to my request.I highly recommend this dealership
