Receptionist was very nice. Gave me the keys to check out the vehicle. Nobody ever came out to discuss the vehicle or ask if I wanted to test drive. Overall they were pleasant though.

Too many dealership gams. “Let me talk to my manager” for every question. I called four dealerships that night and asked them all the same question. I wanted to know the additional cost associated with buying the vehicle, specifically the documentation fee because I know it varies from dealership to dealership. The three other dealerships I called that night all provided me with that information right over the phone. For whatever reason, this specific dealership had me talk to a manager first, and when I asked the manager the same question he said he would have to get back to me. For me, that is a red flag of lack of transparency. It should be the same fee across the board like the other dealerships.
