They sold the car on me when they said it was in the shop to get fixed after telling me that they blue certified it. I had a appointment for test drive they did not call me or text or email me theat the person who was selling me the vehicle was not in and did not tell service to call me when it was available for test drive

The car was already in the process of being purchased on a Friday afternoon of Labor Day weekend. I was in constant communication with Carvision about the vehicle all weekend up through Tuesday morning (the next business day they were open). Not one time was I notified that the car was in the process of being purchased, I drive nearly 2 hours to purchase the vehicle, just to be told the vehicle was sold that morning. Their website had not been updated and I wasn't notified the car was sold at any point on Tuesday morning before I arrived. Horrible communication and left immediately after they wasted my time.

I had been looking for a replacement for the Matrix I already had with very high miles when I was fortunate to find one on Good Value Cars listing. Ed was kind enough to hold an appointment slot for me for a few days until the weekend; so I could see it, drive it, and ultimately purchase the car which he didn't have to do. The car was as described; and Ed completed the paperwork quickly in good order. No need to go anywhere else if you want a reliable car from a trustworthy dealer at a fair price. Thanks, Ed!
