Bought the truck, got a great trade-in value!

I had a wonderful buying and pleasant experience with Ron and Gary. Gary came to my house and pick me up along with my girl friend and drove us to the dealership to close out the purchase agreement so we could have the pleasure and excitement of driving my new Collectors Edition Trans Am home. They gave my family T-Shirts and we had a great time talking with Ron. Thanks to Ron and Gary for making this happen!

Mitch is the one that I tried to deal with, however, Mitch doesn't seem to know about trying to strike a deal & make a sale....I felt so bad for the dude. I did my best to coach him along, but he just refused to grasp it. If I hadn't read his name in other reviews, I would have put money on it being his first day I don't know what it was, but the entire interaction was like there was something dark & sinister going on. Definitely the single most awkward experience so far in my search for a van. I wouldn't waste my time with this place unless your lucky enough to get a different rep. that knows what is going on.
