Akron Auto Sales was great to deal with, very nice and polite. When it was time to buy,they had all of the paperwork ready so everything was quick and simple.

I was lied to about being able to use my own financial institution even though I heard them say that I lady was using hers and they were waiting to hear from her. Also, I noticed that the salesman removed some of the paperwork that I signed from the packet I was given. He also had me sign some computer generated paperwork that he said was for the bank and didn’t give me those documents either.

I had booked an appointment to see a 2016 Honda Civic, made sure it was all set in stone for 4pm at the dealership. I had drove 40 minutes with intention to buy that car…I got there walked in told the salesmen that I had an appointment at 4 to look at a Honda civic. I was told they sold the car before I got there, no call or email to let me know they did that. Not only that but it was the only Honda they had. Then I asked “did you really sell that even though it’s been in two accidents?” And the salesman had no idea it had been in accidents. So not only did they sell the car without letting me know and wasted my time they also sold the car $3,000 more than what it’s worth on blue book, and it had been in two accidents and the buyer had no idea. In my honest opinion it was extremely unprofessional.
