Dealerships near me (Clinton, NC)

Ok it's good

Haven't even purchased a vehicle from here. Completed a credit app last Saturday to see about financing and I had to follow up 3 times in order to be contacted. When I did finally get a call, the guy on the phone really irritated me. Dude is very nonchalant and borderline rude. Phone etiquette is garbage. Today, I see the same vehicle is still sitting there, so I followed up again hoping if get someone different today. Sike your mind; Z the same guy picks up. Then he wasted like 5 minutes of my life searching for my credit app that he says wasn't in his system after I literally did it a few days ago. Based on his attitude alone, it's a hard pass. Gladly take my business elsewhere because if he spoke to me like that in person, he might bring me out of character. Some people don't need to be in certain professions. No one forced you to work there, so do the job right if you're going to keep clocking in everyday.

Fair negotiations Bought another 2016 Explorer from them

They are great. I appreciate that they stayed open late and sent someone to come get me and I was 1 1/2 away. The car is good for the year and the staff is wonderful. You won’t be disappointed. Thanks you Clinton Motors.

All real good

Great customer service. Got me more in depth pictures of the vehicle I was interested in right away. Would definitely look to using this dealer to help find whatever vehicle you are interested in finding for a good deal.

Zero communication from the dealership. We went to look at vehicle and the owner was rude, condescending, and made it very clear we were not welcomed. Vehicle had "creative" pictures that did not show all the damage. We were told "it's sold" despite it still being there over a week later and still for sale. If you want to be a grouch and not sell a car great job as you 100% nailed that! Will NEVER come back or recommend.
