DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE BACKHANDED SNAKES!!!! Spent All....day driving to this dealership to buy this vehicle, agreed to a price (their asking price), did all the necessary paperwork and was told we had a deal and that they would prepare the vehicle for us and deliver today 1/9/23 and my bank could send them drafting instructions this morning. Contacted them at 8:00 a.m. with drafting instructions and was told that they sold it out from under us on Saturday!!!! They closed 45 mins after we left on Saturday!!! Was told no deposit or etc was needed just to send drafting instructions this morning, which I DID!!!! NEVER EVEN CALLED ME OR ANYTHING to give us a chance!! THE SNAKE OF A SALES MANAGER WAS RUDE , INSENSITIVE TO THE INCONVENIENCE TO ME AND MY FAMILY AND COLD HEARTED ABOUT THE WHOLE SITUATION!!! I was raised that if you make a deal and shake a man's hand, that you HONOR that deal!! Evidently, honesty, integrity and character aren't part of this dealers way of doing bus.
