Dealerships near me (Clearwater, MN)

Trying to buy online and they stopped responding after I sent them all my proof of address and banking information they requested. Very poor customer service!!!

I received a quick redponse. The vehicle was exactly as listed. The vehicle was clean and ready when I arrived. I was greeted when I walked in the door and Jerome was available right away, he was very helpful and knowledgeable.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealership. I’ve sent them multiple emails. Tried to call multiple times and can never get a hold of somebody. I half butt responses from Lee and Wes. Curt actually responded to a few of my questions. But I haven’t heard anything back since last Thursday and I intended to buy this vehicle this week before Christmas.!!! I’m still interested in this vehicle if they can transfer it to another Morries location, but I refuse to deal with this location now!! Worst customer service I have ever experienced!!

Mitch is the one that I tried to deal with, however, Mitch doesn't seem to know about trying to strike a deal & make a sale....I felt so bad for the dude. I did my best to coach him along, but he just refused to grasp it. If I hadn't read his name in other reviews, I would have put money on it being his first day I don't know what it was, but the entire interaction was like there was something dark & sinister going on. Definitely the single most awkward experience so far in my search for a van. I wouldn't waste my time with this place unless your lucky enough to get a different rep. that knows what is going on.
