It was a great experience

The rep that was supposed to show me the vehicle, levi, did not show me the one I was wanting and tried to immediately get me to buy a new vehicle that was completely out of my price range. He continued to try and push the vehicle when I told him I didn't want it because I couldn't afford it. Did not listen to anything I was saying. Wouldn't recommend working with them unless you have everything in cash and can pay and leave without financing.

Overall he was polite and professional. Only problem I had was the pics shown of the truck didn't show some of the defects. So a long drive to find out it wasn't as nice as we thought. Still purchased, was just a little dissatisfied.

Staff was not helpful at all. They took 4 days to make the first attempt at a deal for a new car with a trade in. Not sure why it takes that long. Pricing was not transparent. List price online was $2500 less than what they would actually sell for because of useless add ons. Dealers need to stop that. Value for my trade was $6k less than book value. When the numbers were finally discussed they were very sort or rude about the offer. I would never consider them again.

Courteous, awesome people, great communication! Would definitely consider buying here again as out of state purchase.
