Contacted dealership and they responded with one email when i inquired about 3 vehicles

They were very helpful and communicated with me on everything I requested.

Tried to help me but couldn't get me approved.

I had inquired about a vehicle and they didn’t respond. A couple weeks later they responded and at that time the vehicle had sold. Poor communication

Truck had damage on it after they said it was in perfect condition. Video and photo showed otherwise. Feel like without the video and photos I would have made a very long drive and been very disappointed.

We drove from Tulsa to see a vehicle listed within our budget, but the experience was very disappointing. At first, they couldn’t even find the car. When they finally brought it out, the associate himself admitted that “this car doesn’t run well.” From the outside, we could see it shaking, the check engine light and tire light were on, and it even had a spare tire mounted. Instead of showing us another option or trying to understand our needs, the focus immediately shifted to pushing financing. One salesperson was even aggressive and inappropriate, making us feel like we were “naïve” for wanting to pay cash or stick to our budget, and insisted the solution was to finance a $20,000 car—completely outside of what we were looking for. In the end, we purchased elsewhere. The experience here was terrible: no real effort to help us find the right car, only pressure to take on unnecessary debt.
