Great people to buy from, no nonsense

I was well informed about the Buick encore and the salesman was very helpful

Dealer was friendly but car was delivered to me with an out of balance tire and only 20% remaining oil life and 1/3 tank of gas. Most dealers would have taken care of this prior to finalizing the deal.

Everything worked out as it should. Great friendly staff. Would buy there again.

The vehicle had rust which was not disclosed in the pictures or by the seller until we made a 1hr and 30 min drive to get it the breaks was horrible and had a poping nosie from the front end when asked for new breaks said nothing they could because I was getting it on such a great deal the car will need breaks rotors and front end axles but im getting such a good deal wouldn't recommend or go back again

Everything went smooth and as expected Randy Perry was a pleasure to work with and finance didn't try to upsell a hundred add ons.
