Chrysler dealerships near me (Liberty, TX)

Made an appointment on a Wednesday to drive the car on Saturday. They called and texted everyday to make sure I was keeping my appointment on Saturday. They even texted me while I was driving over an hour to the appointment. When I got there I did not see the car. I asked the salesman if they had it in back and he informed me it sold days earlier. They wasted my time and money for a car they didn't have. Then had the nerve to keep texting me about coming out to look at another car. I would give them zero stars if I could.

Kayla was wonderful. I was from out of town and we were able to do everything over the phone. They had everything ready when I showed up and was in and out in less than an hour. If you’re in the market for a new or pre-owned vehicle, go see her.

Truck had body damage. Also low on oil. Service staff toke so long to top it off on oil I was not able to test drive the truck.

Terrible finance, non truth and transparency, unwilling.

Jennifer Garza was very attentive and helpful with all of our questions prior to visiting the dealership. Once we were there, the test drive and financing went smoothly. We have never been in and out of a car dealership in under 2 hours when making a purchase! They were very respectful of our time and the vehicle has been great!

Didn’t go to the dealership. They list a price but didn’t stick to it. They state that they’re an ipacket dealership with transparent pricing. This is not true. Also, the sales man never got back with me after I asked questions before driving 2 hours to the dealership. Believe the negative reviews.
