Who I was suppose to have a appt with was not there. And the person I got didn’t know what car I was interested in. And the. He checked on car and it was put back in shop. I asked to look at it and was denied. Never got a call that the car was out of shop for viewing. Salesman called two days later to tell me car was sold. I was not happy with him. And then of course, he offered to look at other cars on lot. I said no. Probably won’t got there and buy anything.

!Do not recommend! Tried to sell me a vehicle they knew had issues. Denying it literally kept lieing to me to make a deal. Waste of time take your business elsewhere

I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding the experience surrounding our recent purchase of the 2019 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Crew Cab from your dealership. While we were excited about the vehicle and ultimately completed the purchase, the process leading up to and following the transaction was extremely frustrating and fell well below the level of service we expected. The following Thursday we arrived at the dealership at 10:30 AM. We were able to begin the test drive at 11:00 AM and returned with the vehicle around 12:00 PM. After returning, we then waited approximately two hours before receiving any direction on the next steps. Once we signed the paperwork to purchase the vehicle, it took over 30 minutes for the dealership to initiate the wire transfer process. During this time, we received virtually no communication or customer service. At approximately 4:00 PM, we were informed that dealership policy does not allow vehicles to leave the lot until their bank confirms

This dealership was okay... The person I had the appointment with was not! He was condescending and disrespectful. He judged me openly about the current car I had to trade in. Said they probably wouldn't even take it (Already pre-approved with someone else at that dealer). Told me they most likely wouldn't even finance me because of how young I am (Again already pre-approved). We didn't even end up talking any numbers because he wouldn't let it get that far. I was able to look at the car. Terrible condition compared to the photos. Hail damage everywhere. Scratches on every exterior surface. Best part, I drove an hour to test drive it and he wouldn't let me sit inside of it haha! My recommendation? Go literally anywhere else for a vehicle. I was fully prepared to buy a $40,000 car ($10,000 down btw) and they laughed in my face and wouldn't even show me the car. Great salesmanship.
