Simply poor communication. When I first talked to a Sales Rep he said the car was sold. Was still in their inventory 5 days later so I reached out again. Never even got a response back from the dealership. Definitely would give them a negative response if it was possible...

They say your are qualified/approved and when it comes right down to it you either need a co signer or a larger down payment. They did reach out after I refused and offered to help anyway possible
