Buying a car at Victorville Chevrolet was the worst experience of my life. First, they advertised a price on CarGurus, but when I arrived, they raised the price by $3,000; I practically had to fight them to get them to honor the original figure. Luis—the person who handles the numbers—has a terrible attitude and tried to force us to buy optional warranties. Then Matt in finance; he seemed like a nice guy, but he lied to get me to buy an extended warranty. I did buy it, but when I called the next day to cancel it, I found that if you try to cancel something, NO ONE answers or returns your calls. It was a terrible experience; far from being pleasant, the purchase turned into a fight with Luis to keep from getting ripped off.

These guys are scam artists, they claim they just sold the car like today at 2 PM, but then four days later it’s still on the Internet. Probably to generate leads, but this is a slimeball tactic.

Found my truck online I already knew what I want went there and talk a little and drive it home. Communication was in point.. sales, finance, and the waiting got approved. If want a great experience. Buying a car this is a the place to go..

It took 4 and half hours to buy a used vehicle and after coming to an agreement on a price they ended up lying about it at the end.

We went there for this particular truck was assured that it was there and then we got there they said oh sorry it's not there anymore it had to pass inspection then they tried to upsell me on a $25,000 car which I could not do and they were very pushy

It was an amazing buying experience from Riverside Chevrolet. The staffs were very good and the process was the incredibly easy and fast in my experience of buying cars from dealers.
