Chevrolet dealerships near me (Unc Charlotte, NC)

From beginning to end, the staff from Parks Chevy made the buying process go smooth. Great deal, rates and service! Will be back to get another one.

I actually got this vehicle from Hendrick and I am a happy customer

Great experience. Helpful and friendly staff responded to all my questions. I have not bought a vehicle yet but based on my experience at the dealership would gladly do so if the right vehicle came along.

Not responsive to my requests!

The car buying experience with the dealership was great! Everyone we came in contact with was very welcoming, professional, and courteous. Our sales rep Sterling was so awesome. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking .

The dealership and the salesman was not of integrity about the vehicle. It was delivered with a standing recall from Ford, air pressure light was on which had a tire with a leak in it, and the transmission was sipping. I took the care in faith that everything waa in an operating condition. This was very dishonest and unprofessional and was told by the sales manager and sales person that there was nothing they could do about it and had to take the vehicle. Please look at and drive the vehicle if you go to this dealership for in the future reference. Integrity waa lost in this process!

We worked with Adrain as the sales person. He was great and very transparent in the process. The sales manger was very transparent with all the numbers and was able to agree on favorable terms for both sides. Overall great experience, my wife is ecstatic about her gently used X7.

Excellent follow up, upon inquiry on vehicle.

Fast and fair financing. Very friendly people and they did not waist any time. They where very knowledgeable and answered all my questions!!
