Chevrolet dealerships near me (Tucson, AZ)

I went to see the truck. It was not detailed so I couldn't test drive it. I put down $500 on a credit card as a deposit. I couldn't get back to dealership the day it was ready so they said they would bring it to me to test drive. They never showed up. I went back to test drive it. There was a clunk in the stirring wheel which they said they would look at. I spent a great deal of time waiting. I ultimately decided not to buy the truck It's been over a week, and I still don't have a credit for the $500. even though I have requested it. Don't think I will be back.
