Great dealership we'll recommend, great environment

Sales Rep John Seymour (in Middleton) went out of his way to make sure all happened as planned and had his guys drop the car in my driveway in Appleton, all the way from Middleton. Terrain is in perfect shape as advertised, and my wife and I are once again very happy with another "Bergstrom Buy"!

I contacted them in regards to the 2005 Colorado on Saturday, was told they would contact me Monday morning when they opened, they contacted me at 9:00 am on Monday, they told me they were getting the numbers ready and they would call me back shortly, never heard back, I called twice and left messages to call me back, they never did, I sent emails and even left a voice mail and nothing, I finally received a couple of days later a video about the dealership I responded to it and he said they other people show up wanting to buy it, I thought, based on what the lady told me Monday I was the person who they were working with, I feel lied to, was told things that were not true, betrayed, I have NEVER been treated so badly in my 50 plus years of buying cars, my opinion is they are a bunch of low life's with no morals.

Horrible experience with these guys. Had an appointment scheduled to purchase a vehicle which they sold before I got there. They also waited an hour into my drive before they decided to inform me of the situation. It didn't just happen with 1 vehicle but 2. It was after the 2nd vehicle was sold that I turned around and headed back home.
