I was trying to make a purchase from 100 miles away. This meant that I wanted to be more than 99% sure that this is the vehicle for me before I ask them to deliver it since we're both risking money and time. They felt exactly the same, I believe, because my sales agent answered all of my questions fully and even pointed out some imperfections that might bother me. I asked them to send videos and photos, and they did without making me feel like I was asking for too much. That actually helped me to come up with better questions about the car, helping more of the less obvious "could be" issues surface before the time of delivery (I allowed about two days). For example, is CVT going to bug me, who's only dealt with automatic? The LS windows were manual, which is something I didn't know were still being manufactured (post 2020). I kind of thought I'd enjoy that for some reason. The point is that it was all discussed openly. If they have a car for you, they'll help you to be sure of it.
