Question and research everything this dealer tells you! They list low prices online to get you in the store and then add on all types of "mandatory" features which makes the entire deal higher than any other dealers. They told me I MUST purchase a paint treatment (Edge) for an additional cost of $2495 over the advertised price. They wanted to give me $2000 less than other dealers on my trade. They told me Capital One was charging me 3 points more than other dealers. I had the proof of my approved finance rate. They wouldn't budge on the finance rate. When I told them I would finance the car through my bank, they refused to sell the vehicle to me.
