Ron Tonkin was excellent. I really enjoyed dealing with them. I was flying in from out of town and they really a. accommodated my dad gut schedule.

Had a 10 am appointment. Drove 30 miles and when I got there I was told the car sold the night before. So much for the Tonkin communication! Just crappy.

When I inquired about the vehicle the sales person told me the vehicle was available and very clean, told her their dealership was roughly a 2 1/2 hr drive from our home, when we arrived @ the dealership, we were able to park next to vehicle we were interested in, we were 1st greeted by a young salesman who i think said it was his 1st day, and it showed!, while he was looking for the person we asked for, my wife/I walked around the vehicle noticing ALL the body damage/major scratches and some very bad repaint body panels, finally the sales person I talked with showed up with the keys and unlocked the doors which exposed the HORRIBLE interior!...this van was used by a house painting type Company, there was interior damage soon as we opened the doors!, house paint was all over the side walls/seats...broken plastic parts....we had seen enough, and told her we were Not interested..she told us the damage could be fixed??...which I told her ...we had no interest in this vehicle,..and we're

Great experience no stress very easy to work with. Steven was very nice and great to work with highly recommend.

The salesman who contacted me the day I notified them of my interest was not actually there to meet me. I was helped by someone else. Also, took me 3.5 hours to get out of there because it was busy and everyone went through 1 finance person. Otherwise, I am happy with the service and treatment overall. They did a really good job on the financing side and I was able to get a good deal on the vehicle.
