Eddie was the salesman who helped me, and he is great. I reached out a week before I was able to come in, he answered all the questions he was able to and got back to me with the questions he didn’t know. He followed up with me throughout the week and was very helpful when I was finally able to get there. I was not excited about trading in my car, but he understood that I was having trouble letting go of my old car and gave me some time to really think through it. Since purchasing, he has followed up with me daily about a few things they agreed to, to help with the sale. They were very professional and easy to work with. Hopefully I won’t have to buy another car for a very long time, but I’ll be revisiting them for my next purchase.

I am very disappointed with my experience. After being told the vehicle received two full-service details, and the interior was still visibly dirty. I live two hours away, and the lack of professionalism was frustrating. I felt rushed into purchasing the car, yet the service I specifically requested was not properly completed.
