Chevrolet dealerships near me (Monroe, NY)

I reached out about a car and they not only ignored me but then took it down because "it's gaining a lot od interest" not even sold yet and when I offered full cash, they said they had someone waiting to be approved for finance...huge lack of communication and unprofessional

Things started off well, but as with most car dealers, things can go downhill fast when dealing with the finance department. I had an approval with Capital O, which they would not honor, and when I decided to bend and fill out their loan app., there was no follow-up. I had to call multiple times to get turned down. Thank you because I got a better car elsewhere.

The used sales manager stated the life time power train warranty was included in the price that we negotiated then tried to charge me another $899 for that warranty
