Very nice staff. Very helpful. But don't think you're going to get in and get out in a timely manner. Finance will try to upsell you everything they can. Had I agreed to the offer they presented, it was over double the payment with nothing added. But still a great staff. Just be aware of what you're being offered.

Price dropped 5000 over night check engine light was on . They refused to scan to identify the reason it had the check engine light . I felt they already checked it out and had major issues is why the price dropped so drastically over night

I have bought a few cars out of state but this one has been the best experience yet. I drove almost 8 hrs to purchase a vehicle with a trade in. The whole staff from the internet sales person to the salesman Don and the finance manager were extremely friendly and helpful. The transactions went smoothly. It was straight forward, exactly what we talked about on the phone. There was no hidden agenda. They respected my time and had me in and out of there in an hour. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Best experience ive ever had with a dealership

I asked about the condition of the seats since I was driving 2 hours. Salesperson said they would send pics. She never did. When I go there there was 2 years in the passenger seat and well as the taillight cracked. We asked if the tears could be repaired and was told that they didn’t sell Toyotas so she didn’t know. When asked about the taillight she said well it’s not a new vehicle. Needless to say we walked away and wouldn’t return because of the attitude the lady had.
