Great sale team!

The car that was listed for sale had a recall and was not able to be sold so when I made the appointment, nobody told me that there was going to be an issue so I drove all the way out there to find out the car I had inquired about was not available

I arrived at the dealership thirty minutes early for my 3 o'clock appointment. I was told by two different salesperson that they would inform my salesperson that I had arrived. I waited for twenty minutes with no acknowledgement from my salesperson,Mindy Mc Corkie. I was not angry because I had arrived early. At about 2:50 pm she found me sitting at a picnic table in the parking lot. Ms. Mc Corkie took me to her office, asked for my identification and entered information into her computer. She asked me if I had seen the car, I informed her that I had not. We talked about if I would have a trade. I informed her that I was not sure if I should trade my 1977 Cadillac Seville. After more talk about the possible trade, she told me she would get the 2020 Cadillac ct6, that I had driven 37 miles to see. About ten minutes later, Ms Mindy McCorkie returned. She informed me that the Cadillac ct6 was not there. According to her, another salesman was using it as a demo. I thanked her and left.
