They showed me another car and a Carfax saying the car had no accidents. After buying and driving home a part of the front passenger side popped out. After looking closer, there was further damage to the lower front bumper. When I spoke to the salesman after I saw the damage, he said people do not always report damage, and I got what I paid for.

Made an appointment with a person, turned out to be a scheduler whom passed us on to a salesman after driving an hour and unit was in the middle of the showroom (not ready for a drive) with a dead battery. When test driving, a trouble code on the dash persisted. We were offered a deal. We asked for a day to think about it. We countered the next day, and they accepted and made an appointment for 10/31, 11AM to sign, get loan, pick up. Salesman called today and said it was sold yesterday on his day off.

I was interested in the car but he didn’t answer my questions directly so that was a frustrating as I had to drive an hour away. He said he’d answer my questions in person when I wanted some information ahead of time so I didn’t have to go all the way there and back.

Easy to deal with made it very pleasant. No pressure! Will return

Relations in getting to sale were normal and acceptable. Length of vent before going financed was unacceptable.

Don’t offer first responders discount. I’ve worked for two dealerships in my life and both offered it. Don’t want to negotiate and are super pushy to make a sale. This vehicle is worth 28-31k on Kelly blue book.
