Great follow up with out being over the top

Rossi did everything right but I end up seeing a similar type of Fiat 500 at a closer dealership. Over 1 hour away to purchase at Rossis verses a 25 minute drive . Rossi was very responsive and helpful.

Very professional and helpful staff. The process was fast and easy. Noah the sales guy was great,also the sales manager was awesome. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. The whole staff made me feel very comfortable. I pick up my truck Friday. Thank you guys

Kyle was very informative and patient with my wife and I. However the finance manager decided to play stupid when I pointed out the fresh dent in the tailgate of the $30,000 Dodge 1500. He offered me $500 so I can "get one from a salvage yard." Then ignoring the fact that I felt the damaged Dodge 1500 was overpriced, decided to offer me the Dodge 1500 rebel for $35,000 instead. Not listening to customers is a really good way to lose them and in this case they did. I hope Kyle finds a better dealership that values it's customers better. BTW. I purchased the same dodge 1500 in Budd lake NJ with no damage, similar mileage and for around $9k less

I received an email that that car was sold, never got a call prior to set up a meeting. Once car was sold that’s when I got a call from someone asking to help me. Sorry but sounded like the old bait and switch. I did not engage with the sales rep. Not a good feeling about this dealer.
