James was professional, knowledgeable, and prompt in his follow up. The initial vehicle was not the right vehicle for me. A second CT5 was discussed. It is still a possible choice...unfortunately my schedule became full...I expect to speak to James again. A good first time experience with this dealership.

This dealership was okay... The person I had the appointment with was not! He was condescending and disrespectful. He judged me openly about the current car I had to trade in. Said they probably wouldn't even take it (Already pre-approved with someone else at that dealer). Told me they most likely wouldn't even finance me because of how young I am (Again already pre-approved). We didn't even end up talking any numbers because he wouldn't let it get that far. I was able to look at the car. Terrible condition compared to the photos. Hail damage everywhere. Scratches on every exterior surface. Best part, I drove an hour to test drive it and he wouldn't let me sit inside of it haha! My recommendation? Go literally anywhere else for a vehicle. I was fully prepared to buy a $40,000 car ($10,000 down btw) and they laughed in my face and wouldn't even show me the car. Great salesmanship.
