Shocking! Shockingly pleasant from the moment I started speaking with Charles Feurst. He was so very helpful in explaining the functions of the car. I kept waiting for the sales push to buy now, today is a special price day or these are selling fast, it may not be here tomorrow. He never said "let's step over here so you can compare this vehicle" (the more expensive model of course). Charlie was able to explain how to use various tech features even before I made the commitment to purchase. He took extra time to make sure I was comfortable with the new safety options after pruchase and before I drove off the lot and called a week after I drove away to check in with any questions or concerns that may have arisen after living with my new vehicle for a while. Buying local at Golden Circle Chevrolet gives me a sense of comfort. Ive suggested to several folks that if they're smart, they'll stop in to check out their great selections.
