This truck has been at this lot more than shown they recently changed price more than was on here this truck has body damage and rusty seat brackets

I've never seen a Chevy dealer with as many issues as Scenic Chevrolet. I made an appointment to see this vehicle in the late afternoon. I had allowed my credit report to be pulled prior to the visit. An hour after I arrived I was told the vehicle could not be sold. It needed a leveling kit apparently and would be sent to auction. I didn't even get an apology from management, not the slightest care in the world for wasting my time and dinging my credit report for nothing. I've worked at 3 dealers myself, sold hundreds of cars, no manager I've ever had would let a buyer walk out without at least saying hello. After several "experiences" with their service department and now this I wouldn't buy a set of floor mats from Scenic Chevrolet.

This dealership will not let you have someone else in your area to work on your truck even if it's warranty coverage in force . He will void your warranty pkg which is bull--'-- . General Motors covers your truck at any dealership period as long as it is in the guidelines He's overpriced anyway. No incentives period . You have to pay what ever price this kook has . R U N ‍♂️

Was interested in vehicle,asked for pictures was told the pictures will be sent tomorrow. Oh by the way the salesman was off the next day. No pictures then was told car was sold. Wow thanks for not handling my request by telling else. Hear Volunteer in servierville customer service is better
