Very attentive and professional. Didn't push to get me in but kept me in the loop as the vehicle was getting popular. Time restraints on my part prevented me from getting upto the dealership.

I reached out about a truck I was seriously interested in purchasing and was ready to put money down immediately. I was told by the salesman that they “wouldn’t take a deposit” and the truck was pending inspection. Odd considering the vehicle was already listed for sale before it even passed inspection. I followed up multiple times over the next couple of days and kept being told someone would call me back so we could move forward. No one ever did. I finally had to call again myself, only to be told the truck had already been sold and that someone else had put a deposit down on Tuesday. That’s the part that really bothered me — because when I spoke to them Tuesday, I was specifically told the truck was still available and that they could not accept a deposit from me. Apparently they could for someone else. The communication was terrible, the information kept changing, and the whole experience felt dishonest and unprofessional.

They were very nice. Unfortunately, living out of state, by the time I tried to do something with this certain vehicle, it was already sold.

It took a couple of weeks to get actual pictures of the vehicle. When a vehicle is put online, it shouldn't be "in transit or in the shop" before putting it online for sale. The vehicle had multiple dents in it

We initially met with Bradley who took us for a test drive and provided a friendly, professional interaction. As the transaction progressed, he told us that we would be his first sale and we were excited about that. We met with Tom, John and Joe and all interactions were pleasant, friendly and comfortable. We discovered towards the end of our transaction that Bradley was no longer with the company and we were sad to hear it. We met with Ronnie to pick up the car and he covered everything professionally and even sent the car for a final vacuuming. Overall it was an excellent experience, with top scores to John and Joe for making the numbers and financing work, and to Tom for meeting our every need and ensuring that the process was smooth and stress free.

I reached out via email and was contacted right away during business hours. Staff is welcoming and helpful, not pushy. Answered all my questions. They gave me a better rate than I expected. Would purchase from them again. Excellent service!
