Had a vehicle listed as AWD on website and car gurus. It was FWD and I didn’t notice till after the purchase. To be fair they offered to swap out with a AWD vehicle that I did not want. Used stock photos that did not accurately represent the car they had. The vehicle is fine, not what I wanted.

Someone called me back immediately on this vehicle.

The 2019 Yukon xl Denali had a lot of paint damage, sun fading, and paint missing from the front bumper, and scratch’s not shown in the photos! The inside of the suv had lots of damage to the plastic molding and the driver seat was worn out not shown in the photos.

My ratings might be a little harsh but after agreeing with the salesman and the finance guy on a price, that i was comfortable with, I was extremely disappointed on the day I went to purchase the vehicle the numbers had changed. I specifically asked the salesman if we were good and he assured me we were. I actually took time off from work to make the purchase.
