I am overall dissatisfied with the service I received from Chevy of south Anchorage. I waited 2 months to receive plates and every time I called there was no one that could help. A few months later I decided to sell the vehicle I bought from Chevy, I was told they processed the request for a refund on the extended warranty only to find out 6 months later they never processed it. Fast forward 6 months later I call about a vehicle the website said they had, I called to confirm showed up and was told “we sold it”.

Did not purchase this model but the sam salesman helped us and we bought a 2013 model! Paid full sticker price as they said there was another full price offer?!?!
