My review is less than neutral based off My experience with MBHV being less than accommodating, during a phone conversation with a sales agent at MBHV I raised some very valid concerns and was promptly told the vehicles prices are set by a third party and MBHV cannot adjust, I call this first party NONSENSE, when dealerships have no movement in their pricing they are usually money grabbing parasites, therefore, as with any purchase in an amount over $50.00, fortunately, I am that Be Aware “Buyer” and after reading several negative reviews and complaints about this dealership at various sources (including YELP & the BBB), I find that Not purchasing a vehicle from MBHV a representative of a third party seller was definitely the right call…. No further comment.

Not helpful at all. No one followed up with me. Took my information and never called me back. Never told me why I was unable to get the car.

Only Once Did She Fail To Answer The Phone When I Called and That's Because She Was Helping Another Customer, But Within 15 Minutes She Returned My Call. Ronald (The Sales Manager) and Darius/Daryl (The detailer/lot porter/amazing person) at HiLo in Maryland were absolutely phenomenal! They treated me amazingly and spoke to me in person with no AI dealership tricks involved. I finalized a deal with confidence and trust while conversing and texting with them over the phone while I was in IL. They offered me an absolutely phenomenal deal on the lowest priced, no accident, clean title and clean Carfax 2016 ND Miata in the entire US nation. To add to the deal Darius/Daryl picked me up on time from the airport since I flew in from Chicago to Maryland and Ronald/Darius/Daryl had the Miata freshly detailed, filled with fuel (during a fuel crisis) and absolutely ready to go with new Michelin tires for the 13 hour drive to Chicago. I was happy to tip them for their incredible, phenomenal, perfect work and gave them both Miata Hot Wheels and good reviews as a token of my appreciation for being amazing humans doing an incredible job selling cars.

I have seen the car in CarGurus.set the appointment up with Apex.the customer service was great went in test drove everything was fine to my liking they was very assuring to get me in this car and they did very quick and smooth process No hassle.finance process was great as well.i have purchase 4 cars previously from different dealers I can honestly say I Never been in and out so quickly paperwork was simple and quick.Thk u CarGurus and especially Apex.

Quick and easy, very nice guys and quick to respond. 100% transparency on their end, was able to do the whole deal over the phone and drive in from two hours away to sing everything and get out in two hours. Car was spotless and looked even better in person.

This was such a smooth experience! I inquired and was contacted right away! Earl, Carlos and finance guy (can’t recall name!) were very knowledgeable, personable and made the sales process super smooth. I asked about the Jeep on the 8th and went home with it 2 days later. Great condition and I’m happy with how they valued my trade in as well. My only concern with the financing is that I had trouble getting my pre-approved rate although the dealership stated they worked directly with my financial institution. Worked out in the end and I would definitely recommend this seller!
