I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with A.I. Monroe Auto Sales. I communicated with Ron for approximately a week regarding the purchase of a vehicle. Because I was traveling from Las Vegas to complete the purchase, I provided my flight itinerary in advance and confirmed the timing with him before boarding my flight. When I arrived, Ron was not present and the vehicle was not properly prepared for sale. One tire was completely flat and another had visible sidewall damage. This was particularly concerning because Ron knew I intended to drive the vehicle several hundred miles back to Las Vegas the same day. Allowing a customer to travel for a purchase and then presenting a vehicle in this condition demonstrates a lack of professionalism and raises serious concerns about attention to safety and preparation. After the trip and inconvenience, I later received message's asking if I still wanted to make a deal, despite the vehicle’s condition and the circumstances.

They were great to work with, unfortunately I did not care for the automobile in person.

Very communicative. I just am starting looking for a car so I’m not ready to commit yet. They were helpful and willing to show me what I wanted.
