I called this dealer regarding a vehicle that’s been on the market for a couple of months, I asked about pricing because cargurus says that it’s high priced to which he responds, “why are you calling me then?”

Staff was friendly and had good energy so I had high hopes that the dealership model had evolved and would be a pleasant experience. Nope. They could not listen. Back and forth between sales and finance dept is really annoying when all i wanted was to look at the interior. Three people met me and heard the same story but all of them had their own interpretation of what i wanted. It was needlessly drawn out and confusing for all. It would have been nice if the sales guy just took me straight to the vehicle for a 10 minute look.

I needed a new car fast. I found the car on Carguru Sunday and made an appointment for the next day. Arrived at the dealership and it was already pulled out so I could see it . We went inside and in about an hour later I was driving home in it.

Car was not available to show when i went in for my appointment. Then car was no longer available afterwards due to prior owner loan falling through on the new car so they had to take theirs back. Could have been a bad situation if i would have bought it without looking at it.
