This used car dealership is just getting started but is doing everything right. I used AI to help me navigate the buying process because it had been a while since I’d bought a used car, and Sons of Thunder did everything AI said were the hallmarks of a good, responsible dealer. They’d taken the car to an independent mechanic and had put in nearly $1600 of documented maintenance work themselves before putting the car up for sale. They’d taken gave me the maintenance records. They pointed out areas where I’d have to do scheduled maintaensncd soon myself (new tires). No pressure tactics. The pricing was fair. Importantly, they allowed me to take the car for my own independent inspection - in fact, they drove the car there themselves, and there was zero pressure on me not to do so. So refreshing to not have high-pressure sales tactics! I hope they succeed and grow - they’re off to a great start.

Jacob was very knowledgeable but not pushy. Too many times I have tried to buy a car or reached out to a dealership they use high pressure sales tactics. Lux car buys was different and made the process comfortable.
