I asked about the condition of the seats since I was driving 2 hours. Salesperson said they would send pics. She never did. When I go there there was 2 years in the passenger seat and well as the taillight cracked. We asked if the tears could be repaired and was told that they didn’t sell Toyotas so she didn’t know. When asked about the taillight she said well it’s not a new vehicle. Needless to say we walked away and wouldn’t return because of the attitude the lady had.

Found the vehicle on CarGurus on Saturday, after hours, then contacted the dealership on Monday morning at 8am, when they open- with intent to drive 3 hours to the dealership to purchase the car. Was told the managers wife was driving the car and she lived several hours away. Was in contact on Tuesday and was told the car would be at the dealership for me to come see by Thursday between 9-10am. Seeing that I live 3 hours from the dealership, Friday was as soon as I could get back down there. When I contacted the salesperson, Thursday, to let them know I would be there on Friday, I was told they sold the car on Wednesday. Beyond frustrating to have the expectations to purchase a vehicle and not be able to because they sold it to someone before you. In addition, the pricing they provide online is only if you have a trade AND finance with one of their preferred lenders. Overall, not a great experience.

Great experience from start to finish! The staff was friendly, transparent, and made the whole process quick and easy. Highly recommend this dealership.

It was the worst service I've ever had my entire life. Unless you like going places and being judged, tried belittling in a form, and acted like they were gonna pick my car for me and I was gonna be fine with it. I'm not exaggerating I've really never in my life been somewhere where the atmosphere could have been any worse. All I can really say is that if I were those grown men I would be ashamed to myself. Just because nobody other than them and I was there God sees everything. In conclusion those people are in my prayers
